With evictions, time is money.
The sooner you can evict a problem tenant, the sooner you can re-let the premises to a good one, and that is the goal. Mistakes in paperwork, or not knowing exactly what to do when a case is contested, can delay the process days, if not weeks, and Robert Worman knows exactly what to do.

Robert diligently follows up, keeps you updated, and he is available to you before, during, and after a case to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need to make the decisions that work best for you and your situation.

Only a licensed attorney can represent you in court, and only an attorney can give you legal advice.

In the legal process, Paralegals and Property Managers can only do so much, but Attorney Robert Worman can do it all: notice preparation and review, consultation, eviction complaint and summons, court filing, motions, mediation, and hearings.

Unlawful Detainer and Forcible Entry Cases

If someone illegally trespasses in your home or on your property, call the police.

But if you’ve allowed a person onto your premises to reside or occupy at length, and then that person fails to leave when you ask, law enforcement is likely to tell you, “It’s a civil matter”, which will require court action to legally remove such a person from your house or land.

The removal or “Eviction” of such a person occupying premises who does not otherwise fit the legal definition of a “Tenant” is authorized under Chapter 82, Florida Statutes, titled “Forcible Entry and Unlawful Detainer.”

This is a specialized and confusing area of law, and attorney Robert Worman has the knowledge and experience to handle these matters properly and as quickly as possible.

An Unlawful detainer case often involves a family member or friend, and it can be very emotional and disturbing to have to use the legal system in order to regain your property rights and privacy because someone simply will not leave when you ask. Robert has dealt with enough of these types of matters at this point to give you the information, guidance, and legal representation that you require.

If you find yourself in this type of situation, contact Robert Worman.
